Assembly capabilities
Cleanroom Assembly
Cleanroom assembly is carried out in ISO Class 6 and ISO Class 7 cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644. Complex assemblies for customers in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries are manufactured under strictly controlled environmental conditions with high precision. Only cleanroom-compatible materials are used, processed with particular emphasis on maximum chemical resistance and minimal particle emission.
Production Area
For industrial applications without cleanroom requirements, assembly is carried out in modern, well-equipped workshop areas. There, system modules and assemblies are professionally assembled, and mechanical as well as media-carrying components are integrated. This is followed by thorough functional testing and comprehensive quality control prior to delivery.
Control Panel Assembly
The manufacturing and wiring of control cabinets are carried out in accordance with customer specifications, taking into account defined technical and regulatory quality requirements. Assembly includes the professional integration of control, protection, and switching devices, as well as all necessary electrical and mechanical components. Wiring is performed based on valid circuit diagrams and in compliance with applicable standards.
