What exactly is a mobile container solution?
A mobile container solution is a fully pre-assembled supply system for gases, chemicals or solvents housed in a transportable container. It is installed outdoors on your premises and supplies your production facility or laboratory directly – without requiring modifications to the existing building.
Does the system meet the requirements for GMP qualification?
Fäth Group provides complete qualification documentation, including Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ). We also provide support for Performance Qualification (PQ) and validation. Planning and execution are carried out in accordance with EudraLex GMP Guidelines, FDA requirements and PIC/S standards.
Which media can be supplied through the container?
The range includes process gases (nitrogen, compressed air and specialty gases), aggressive chemicals (sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and sodium hydroxide) as well as high-purity solvents (methanol, acetonitrile and isopropanol). Each system is designed to meet the specific media, flow rate and purity requirements of the project.
How long does it take from order placement to commissioning?
The overall project duration depends on the complexity of the media supply system. Pre-assembly at our facility – including functional testing, pressure testing and documentation – reduces on-site installation time to just a few working days. On-site work includes connecting the system to the existing media, electrical and control infrastructure.
Can the mobile container be relocated to another site?
Yes. The container is designed for relocation. It can be transported, installed at a new site and recommissioned there. This protects your investment throughout its entire service life – regardless of changes in production locations, capacity requirements or business priorities.
