Vocational training

Fäth GmbH relies on a high standard of education for its apprentices as industrial mechanics. For this reason, we offer our apprentices a joint traineeship in various renowned workshops in the Saxony region. This apprenticeship can focus specifically on areas of the apprenticeship curriculum that our internal trainers could only cover to a limited extent. As a result, we offer a diverse education and contribute to educating highly-skilled specialist ‘Qualified Industrial Mechanics’.

The collaborative apprenticeship is subsidised by Saxon development bank SAB. We are happy to make use of this support.
