Particle Measurement in High Purity Gases, Water and Chemicals

Our particle measuring instruments meet the most stringent requirements for testing gases, chemicals and ultrapure water. They are ideal instruments for the qualification of supply systems and also suitable for the qualification of cleanrooms. Our ultrapure water and chemical gauges are able to detect particles as small as 50 nm, while our gas meters can detect particles as small as 0.1 µm.

Residual Oxygen and Residual Moisture Measurement

The smallest residual amounts of oxygen (O2) and moisture can lead to serious production errors and downtimes. Our testing technology is characterized by high precision in electrochemical analysis. In gas supply systems where impurities can vary from the ppm to ppb range, we achieve sensitivities of < 1 ppb.

TOC and Conductivity Measurement

Our portable analyzers measure ppt levels of organic contaminants, using state-of-the-art UV oxidation and conductivity measurement technologies. We work with the lowest possible detection threshold for TOC measurements in distribution and process loops, with detection limits down to < 20 ppt.

Pressure Measurement

Fäth Group uses the latest pressure measurement technology to record positive or negative pressures and differential pressures – for liquid and gaseous media. Due to a wide variety of hook-ups, the devices prove to have a high level of system compatibility. Thus we can also take special user requirements into account. We measure in ranges from -1 to 600 bar (higher pressures on request). Our devices are equipped with data loggers for the analysis of test results.

Helium Leak Detection

Our helium testers quickly and reliably detect even the smallest leakages. Thanks to dry-running pumps, an absolutely oil-free leak detection is guaranteed. Instruments equipped with a remote control and sniffer probe are highly flexible and – thanks to pre-pumping – can also be used for large objects on site.

Residual Oil Measurement in Compressed Air

Residual oil measurements in compressed air systems can be performed from 0 to 2.5 mg/m³.

Video Endoscopy

By means of endoscopy, image and video recordings are possible from DN15 and special lengths up to 8m.
