High School Student internship
Do you want to get a first insight into professional life and get to know Fäth and a training profession more closely? Then a career exploration or a student internship with us is just right for you. Here, you have the opportunity to look over the shoulders of other trainees and get a taste of our technical training professions. A student internship with us usually lasts 1-2 weeks. Inquire with us about available internship positions!
What you should bring:

- Manufacture, assemble and weld equipment, vessels and pipelines using various welding processes
- Maintenance, commissioning and testing of components and assemblies
- Carrying out assembly and testing work
- Quality control with the help of various modern measuring instruments
- Documentation of work and results

Funding for Collaborative Training by Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB)
- As part of the “Collaborative Training (State Funding)” project funding program, projects and initiatives related to collaborative training at Schwabacher Str. 10, 01665 Klipphausen are funded. The approval and project period runs from August 25, 2025 to July 31, 2026. The measure is co-financed with tax revenues on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament.

About the training program
In close cooperation with our partners, the training workshop and vocational school, a schedule is prepared for each year of your apprenticeship, showing when you will be at the company, the training center, and vocational school. In accordance with the apprenticeship curriculum, you will receive both theoretical and practical training. This ensures that you are fully prepared for your intermediate and final examinations.
At the end of each year of your apprenticeship, we will also meet with you to discuss your progress and identify any areas where further development is needed. We will address these areas through additional training in the relevant specialist departments. In close cooperation with your colleagues, you will gain the necessary knowledge through a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on practical experience.
