Stainless steel subassembly assembly for plant and mechanical engineering

Capabilities in stainless steel manufacturing
Assembly of complex subassemblies
Assembly of prototypes and series assemblies according to technical drawings and bills of materials. Mechanical, electrical, optical, and pneumatic components are integrated into fully functional assemblies. Implementation follows defined assembly processes including in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy, functionality, and reproducibility for industrial applications.
Stainless steel frames and structures
Manufacturing and assembly of stainless steel frame constructions, support structures, and assemblies for industrial applications. Individual stainless steel components are joined to form stable assemblies or complete systems based on technical drawings. Welding and assembly work up to Ø 10” using the following processes: TIG welding, manual welding, and orbital welding.
CNC-Tube Bending
CNC tube bending enables precise bending of tubes for prototypes, small batches, and medium-volume production. Complex tube geometries can be manufactured with high dimensional accuracy based on CAD data, technical drawings, or sample parts. Automated CNC bending processes ensure reproducible results, short setup times, and stable production processes. Tube bending up to Ø 1”.
Gas mixing panels (Stainless steel UHP)
Stainless steel UHP gas mixing panels for precise mixing and controlled supply of process gases in sensitive production environments. Designed for applications with high purity requirements and stable process conditions, particularly in the semiconductor and high-tech industries.
Ultrasonic cleaning of components
Ultrasonic cleaning enables efficient removal of particles, organic residues, and process contaminants from high-precision components. Cavitation effects in the cleaning fluid allow even extremely fine structures to be cleaned gently and uniformly.
