It enables safe storage and needs-based supply, for example, during cleaning or neutralization processes, and is suitable for the safe outdoor deployment of dangerous liquids.

Valve Test Stand for CIP/SIP Processes
A test bench was developed for Bürkert that tests diaphragm valves under realistic CIP and SIP conditions. Mixing systems for three cleaning chemicals, DI water, steam generator, ozone system, and vacuum generator enable the simulation of complete cleaning cycles. The integrated test bench tests the valves for resistance to various media, while wastewater treatment is part of the overall system.
