Our cooperation is characterized by appreciation, respect and mutual trust while respecting and complying with legal provisions and internal company rules. Compliance is our aspiration and a necessary prerequisite for a successful business relationship.

We encourage all employees not to tolerate obvious misconduct or potential violations of the law. Address misconduct directly or report a suspected case to your superiors or other persons of trust.

Since June 2023, a modern whistleblower system and an independent Bürkert Reporting Channel are available to you for reporting. The whistleblower system is open to all employees, customers and suppliers worldwide to anonymously report harmful behavior such as corruption, fraud, discrimination or violations of occupational health and safety, health protection or the supply chain due diligence act.

Reporting procedure

The Bürkert Reporting Channel is established at Corporate Legal & Compliance, which independently processes reports within the legal framework and coordinates with the responsible parties. Information received via the whistleblower system is forwarded to the internal reporting office for processing. The information is always processed confidentially and - if desired - anonymously using the following procedure:
