To strengthen our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for a part-time (30 hrs. per week) position for
Employee (m/f/d) commercial project team
YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of customer documentation according to template
- Organization and control of internal documentation processes
- Support in project management and project management in the preparation of all kinds of project-related documents/records
- Monitoring of dates and deadlines
- Creation or maintenance of documents for production (work preparation)
- Communication with all project participants
- Documentation of all work (system technology and piping) and report
YOUR PROFILE
- At least a completed commercial apprenticeship as industrial clerk (m/f/d), clerk for office management (m/f/d) or similar
- Good technical understanding desirable
- Experience in project management an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High level of self-motivation, social skills and strong communication skills
- Structured and methodical work
