YOUR TASKS

• Prepare Inspection Test Plan, Method of Statement and Project Quality Plan, as needed.
• Perform inspection at supplier, incoming, in-process, Factory Acceptance Test, outgoing and Site Acceptance Test.
• Prepare acceptance test reports for client’s approval.
• Supervise sub-contractors and on-site sub-contractors on testing activities such as pressure test, hydrostatic leak test, helium leak, oxygen test, moisture test and particle test.
• Troubleshooting any issues during testing qualification in factory, at suppliers and clients.
• To provide immediate feedback and liaise with suppliers for any non-conforming materials on replacement/ rework and fabricated parts.
• To maintain all QA test equipment in good working condition, including calibration, where necessary.
• Possess a CSWIP 3.0 welding inspector or above, plastic welding and metal fabrication process experience will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with high purity gases/ chemical systems, piping installation, testing and inspection will be an added advantage.
• Able to interpret all mechanical and P&ID drawings.
• Are familiar with inspection at source, incoming, in-process & outgoing inspection and first article inspection will be an added advantage.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

YOUR PROFILE

• Candidates must possess degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience in high-purity gases/chemical/slurry supply systems are preferred. However, fresh graduates with high-flyer result will be considered.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate, read and write in Mandarin.

• Computer literate in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
